Common use of The Consultant Clause in Contracts

The Consultant. indemnifies the Employer and members of the TfL Group against all Losses arising out of any use by the Employer of the Background Intellectual Property Rights, including, without limitation, any claim that the exploitation of the licence granted by the Consultant under Clause 19.2 infringes the Intellectual Property Rights rights or other rights of any third party.
