Common use of The Closing Date Clause in Contracts

The Closing Date. Delivery of the Firm Notes to be purchased by the Initial Purchasers and payment therefor shall be made at the offices of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx & 12 Xxxxxxxx LLP (or such other place as may be agreed to by the Company and the Representative) at 9:00 a.m. New York City time, on May 30, 2007 or such other time and date not later than June 13, 2007 as the Representative shall designate by notice to the Company (the time and date of such closing are called the "Closing Date").

The Closing Date. Delivery of the Firm Notes to be purchased by the Initial Purchasers Underwriters and payment therefor shall be made at the offices of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Skadden, Arps, Slate, Mxxxxxx & 12 Xxxxxxxx LLP Fxxx LLP, Four Times Square, New York, New York 10036 (or such other place as may be agreed to by the Company and the Representative) at 9:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on May 30July 5, 2007 2007, or such other time and date not later than June 13, 2007 as the Representative shall designate by notice to the Company (the time and date of such closing are called the "“Closing Date"”).
