The Bid Documents include:- • Notice Invitinge-Tender • Instructions toBidders • General Terms & Conditions of the ContractSpecial terms and conditions • Annexures I toX • Price Schedule-(Schedule-A) The Bidder is expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms and specifications inthe Bid Documents.Failure to furnish all information required as per the Bid Documents or submission of bids not substantially responsive to the Bid Documents in every respect will be at the bidder's risk and shall result in rejection of the bid.

  • Bid Documents The terms and conditions of the Invitation to Bid attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "B" shall be incorporated herein as a part of this Agreement.

  • Executed Loan Documents This Agreement, a Revolving Credit Note in favor of each Lender (if requested thereby), a Swingline Note in favor of the Swingline Lender (if requested thereby), a Discount Note in favor of each Non-BA Lender (if requested thereby) and the Security Documents, together with any other applicable Loan Documents, shall have been duly authorized, executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent by the parties thereto, shall be in full force and effect and no Default or Event of Default shall exist hereunder or thereunder.
