THE AVAILABLE AMOUNT. 11.1 Establishment of the Available Amount‌ (a) There will be one centrally administered Available Amount. This does not preclude segmenting components of the Available Amount for analysis of expenditures of the Available Amount for purposes of planning, evaluation and management.
