Common use of The Arbitrator Clause in Contracts

The Arbitrator. Arbitration Board shall give its decision not later than fourteen (l4) days after the appointment of the chairman except that with the consent of both parties such limitation of time may be extended. The findings and decision of a majority of the members of a Grievance Board on all arbitrable questions shall be binding on all parties.
