If the Registrar has met and is still meeting the requirements, terms and conditions set for it in the framework of the proceedings leading to its accreditation by ISOC-IL and subject to compliance with all the financial requirements in clause 10, ISOC-IL shall not bring the agreement to an end (save on reasonable grounds).

The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS Member inadvertently renewing an Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS Member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. This term is not negotiable and any Agreement between a TIPS Member and a TIPS awarded vendor with an automatic renewal clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.
