Common use of The Agreement Clause in Contracts

The Agreement. On and after the Effective Date: (i) each reference in the Original Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Original Agreement as amended hereby, (b) each reference to the Original Agreement in all Transaction Documents shall mean and be a reference to the Original Agreement, as amended hereby, and (c) this First Amendment shall be deemed a “Transaction Document” for the purposes of the Original Agreement.
