The Administrator. The Administrator shall furnish at its own expense the executive, supervisory and clerical personnel necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement. Except as specifically provided herein, the Administrator shall not be obligated to pay the compensation of any employee of any Fund retained by such Fund to perform services on behalf of such Fund.
