The Activities. 2.1 There are no onerous Activities on our tours however a reasonable level of fitness is required for your own enjoyment. You should for example be able to carry your own baggage where necessary to do so. If you have any doubts about your physical and/or mental condition please consult your medical practitioner before signing this document. 2.2 There will be a Briefing at the start of the tour and as necessary throughout to ensure you are aware of the prevailing risks at each Location.
