The Accident definition

The Accident means an accident which occurs against the will of the Insured as a result of any abrupt, inadvertent, unexpected external forces and causes the bodily injury to the Insured including but not limited to sinking, heatstroke, sunstroke, chilblain, exposure to gas or other toxic substances which accidentally penetrate the body except for food poisoning.

  • Alcohol Use Disorder means a disease that is characterized by a pattern of pathological use of alcohol with repeated attempts to control its use, and with negative consequences in at least one of the following areas of life: medical, legal, financial, or psycho-social; or
