Test Program and Procedure. The duration of the Reliability Test for each unit is fifteen (15) consecutive Days during which time such Unit (as the case may be) and its auxiliaries shall, except as permitted hereunder, be operated continuously according to the test and load program agreed between Buyer and Seller. Buyer shall arrange dispatch and System Operator shall dispatch the Unit in accordance with this program and the requirements of this Agreement. The Unit may be subjected to varying load as may be required to conduct or complete other tests. In the event of interruption (zero load and/or effective disco1mection at the Delivery Point), beyond the tolerance permitted in this Clause 14) c) (ii), in generation of the demanded load, due to failure within Seller's responsibilities, the Reliability Test shall be restarted from the beginning. Two (2) such episodes of interruption, not exceeding twenty-four (24) hours in aggregate, shall be permitted. If, for reasons beyond Seller's responsibilities (including any Force Majeure Event), a fault develops during the Unit Reliability Test that necessitates the interruption of the Unit Reliability Test or limits it, then the Unit Reliability Test shall be suspended for the duration of the fault. If the Unit Reliability Test is so suspended, then the Unit Reliability Test shall not be prolonged by the amount of time so lost, and shall be deemed not to have been so interrupted. If the Unit Reliability Test is so suspended for more than three (3) consecutive Days, then Seller and Buyer shall seek to agree as to when and how the Reliability Test shall be demonstrated. The Unit Reliability Test shall also include the following specific tests: at least one (1) cold start; at least one (1) hot start of each Unit; weekly change over of standby equipment; and other tests mutually agreed prior to the commencement of the units Reliability Test; provided that, if, in any previously successful Reliability Test, unit has demonstrated such capability as is the object of such tests (i) though (iv), then Seller may, but shall not be obliged to, waive such test.
