Test Measurements Sample Clauses

Test Measurements. All test measurement devices shall be fully defined for their make/model, accuracy, calibration and location. The following tables summarize the minimum requirements as necessary for the ▇▇▇▇ Storage Capacity Tests. In no case shall the total number of test measurement instruments be less than quantities shown in table below.
Test Measurements. All test measurement devices shall be fully defined for their make/model, accuracy, calibration and location. The following tables summarize the minimum requirements as necessary for the PV Plant Capacity Tests. In no case shall the total number of test measurement instruments be less than quantities shown in table below.
Test Measurements. The Contract Capacity Tests shall include the following test measurements (unless Buyer otherwise agrees in writing in its sole discretion): 1. Measurement of the Project’s maximum Charging Capacity over four (4) continuous hours of charging from 0% State of Energy to 100% State of Energy. 2. Measurement of the Project’s maximum Discharging Capacity over four (4) continuous hours of discharging from 100% State of Energy 0% State of Energy.
Test Measurements. The Contract Capacity Tests shall be performed consistent with and in accordance with the requirements set forth by the CPUC and the CAISO at the time of such test for determining the portion of the Energy Storage System’s Capacity that is eligible and can be counted to satisfy Resource Adequacy capacity requirements established for load-serving entities by the CAISO (unless otherwise set forth in this Agreement or this Appendix or as agreed to by Buyer in writing in its sole discretion). The Contract Capacity Tests shall include the following test measurements (unless ▇▇▇▇▇ otherwise agrees in writing in its sole discretion): 1. Measurement of the Project’s maximum Charging Capacity from 0% State of Energy to the earlier of 100% State of Energy or maximum State of Energy at which the BMS begins to limit charging capacity. Charging Capacity shall be calculated by dividing total Charging Energy by the duration for this charging portion of the Contract Capacity Test. 2. Measurement of the Project’s maximum Discharging Capacity over four (4) continuous hours of discharging from 100% State of Energy to the earlier of 0% State of Energy or the minimum State of Energy at which the BMS begins to derate Discharging Capacity. Discharging Capacity shall be calculated as dividing the total Discharging Energy during this discharging portion of the Contract Capacity Test by 4 hours.
Test Measurements. The Laboratory is to invoice the Customer for work carried out when the test measurement has been finally completed and the Customer has approved the Laboratory's test report, see point 5.7 of annex 1. The Laboratory must invoice in accordance with the orders placed.
Test Measurements. The Laboratory will be paid in accordance with the prices for the performance of test measurements listed in annex 3 to the Framework Agreement.
