Common use of Test Facilities Clause in Contracts

Test Facilities. The Contractor shall be responsible for the selection and contracting of test facilities. If significant facility adaptation/modifications are required to accommodate the Alphasat activities these shall be clearly identified. In selecting the Test facilities, the Contractor shall give priority to European facilities. For all Alphasat environmental testing the Contractor shall provision all necessary instrumentation and monitoring equipments for the Alphabus and TDP elements (e.g. thermocouples and accelerometers).
