Test Environment Licenses Sample Clauses
The Test Environment Licenses clause defines the terms under which software or services are provided for use in a non-production, testing environment. Typically, this clause specifies that the license granted is limited to activities such as development, testing, or quality assurance, and prohibits use in live or commercial operations. By clearly delineating the scope and restrictions of test environment usage, this clause helps prevent unauthorized deployment and ensures that both parties understand the boundaries of permitted activities during the testing phase.
