Terms of Usage. Practice may designate, from time to time, certain Terms of Usage for Patients as a supplement to this Agreement by providing written notice to patients of such terms. In the event Practice designates any Terms of Usage, such Terms of Usage shall control over any conflicting terms in this Agreement.
