TERMS OF THIS LEASE. This Lease is made upon the same terms and subject to the same covenants, provisos and conditions as are contained in the Previous Lease (except as to the amounts of the Basic Rent and the Heating Rent reserved and defined by the Previous Lease and the term of years granted thereby and except as modified in the Schedule to this Lease) so that this Lease is to be construed and take effect as if those terms, covenants, provisos and conditions were (except as above) repeated in this Lease in full with such modifications only as are necessary to make them applicable to this demise and the parties to this Lease except that the covenants given by the Landlord and the Tenant and the Guarantor are to be construed as if they had been given at the date of the Previous Lease.

  • Terms of this Agreement The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement and all of the respective terms of this Agreement shall be treated as Confidential Information of both Parties.

  • Amendment of this Contract No provision of this Contract may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the party against which enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge or termination is sought.

  • Term of this Agreement The term of this Agreement shall continue in effect, unless earlier terminated by either party hereto as provided hereunder, for a period of two years. Thereafter, unless otherwise terminated as provided herein, this Agreement shall be renewed automatically for successive one-year periods. This Agreement may be terminated without penalty: (i) by provision of sixty (60) days' written notice; (ii) by mutual agreement of the parties; or (iii) for "cause" (as defined herein) upon the provision of thirty (30) days' advance written notice by the party alleging cause.

  • TERMS OF LEASE This lease shall be for a term of two (2) school semesters beginning on the 20th day of August 2021 and terminating without notice at 5:00 PM on the 20th day of May 2022. LESSEES shall move-in on a pre-scheduled date as indicated hereafter, and shall move-out at the end of the lease term after a move-out inspection has been completed by LESSOR.

  • Amendment of this Agreement No provision of this Agreement may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the party against whom enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge or termination is sought, and no amendment of this Agreement shall be effective until approved in a manner consistent with the 1940 Act and rules and regulations thereunder and any applicable SEC exemptive order therefrom.

  • Construction of this Agreement The Parties agree that each Party and its legal counsel have reviewed and revised this Agreement and that any rule of construction to the effect that ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting Party shall not apply in the interpretation of this Agreement or any amendments or exhibits thereto.

  • TERM OF THIS CONTRACT The term of this Contract commences on the Contract Start Date and ends on the earliest of (i) the “Contract End Date” identified in Exhibit A, (ii) the date upon which the Lease expires or is terminated, or
