  • Capitalized Terms Generally Capitalized terms used in this Annex A and not otherwise defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.

  • Capitalized Terms; Rules of Usage Capitalized terms used in this Agreement that are not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in Appendix 1 to the Exchange Note Supplement or, if not defined therein, in Appendix A to the Collateral Agency Agreement, which Appendices are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. Appendix 1 also contains rules as to usage applicable to this Agreement. Except as otherwise specified herein or as the context may otherwise require, the following terms have the respective meanings set forth below for all purposes of this Agreement:

  • Overtime Definition Overtime shall be defined as being all hours worked in excess of the normal or standard work day, or in excess of the normal or standard work week. The overtime rate shall be one and one-half (1½) times the regular straight time hourly rate of pay. NOTE: Article 16.04 is applicable to full-time employees only.

  • Other Capitalized Terms All capitalized terms used in this Amendment and not specifically defined herein shall have the definitions assigned to such terms in the Credit Agreement.

  • – SCOPE & DEFINITIONS 2.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all registered and graduate nurses employed in a nursing capacity at the Home save and except the Assistant Director of Resident Care and persons above the rank of Assistant Director of Resident Care.

  • Overtime Defined Overtime is authorized work performed in excess of the basic work week as defined in Article VI.

  • Sick Leave Defined Sick Leave means the period of time an employee is permitted to be absent from work with full pay by virtue of being sick or disabled, exposed to contagious disease, or because of an accident for which compensation is not payable under the Workers' Compensation Act.

  • FTE Definition Effective September 1, 2017, part-time teacher FTE will be determined by the ratio of the teacher’s actual annual instructional time to the teacher instructional time of a full-time assignment in the teacher’s school. This FTE will be used to calculate the prorated portion of a teacher’s assignable time.

  • Terms Defined For all purposes of this Supplemental Indenture, except as otherwise defined or unless the context otherwise requires, terms used in capitalized form in this Supplemental Indenture and defined in the Indenture have the meanings specified in the Indenture.
