Common use of Terms Incorporated Clause in Contracts

Terms Incorporated. All of the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement are hereby incorporated in this Incremental Revolver Supplement by reference thereto as fully and to the same extent as if set forth herein, and the Credit Agreement, as amended and supplemented hereby, is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed as of the date hereof.
