Terms Defined in Credit Agreement. All capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the same meanings herein as such terms have in the Credit Agreement. The term "Pledgor" and "Pledgors" as used herein shall mean and include the Pledgors collectively and also each individually, with all grants, representations, warranties and covenants of and by the Pledgors, or any of them, herein contained to constitute joint and several grants, representations, warranties and covenants of and by the Pledgors; provided, however, that unless the context in which the same is used shall otherwise require, any grant, representation, warranty or covenant contained herein related to the Collateral shall be made by each Pledgor only with respect to the Collateral owned by it or represented by such Pledgor as owned by it.
