Common use of Terms and Premises Clause in Contracts

Terms and Premises. Landlord leases to Tenant, and Tenant leases from Landlord, that certain six (6)-story building (the "Building") located at 00000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000, which Building contains approximately 147,533 rentable square feet of space (the "Premises"), located on the real property legally described on Schedule 1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, for the term and in accordance with the provisions of that certain Lease by and between Landlord and Tenant, dated as of the date hereof (the "Lease"). The provisions of the Lease are hereby incorporated herein.
