Terms and Conditions - Virtual Collocation Clause Samples

The 'Terms and Conditions - Virtual Collocation' clause defines the rules and requirements governing the use of virtual collocation services, where a customer’s equipment or data is hosted remotely by a service provider rather than on the customer’s own premises. This clause typically outlines the responsibilities of both parties, such as access protocols, security measures, service levels, and any limitations on use or liability. By clearly establishing these terms, the clause ensures both parties understand their obligations and helps prevent disputes related to service delivery, access, or data management.
