Students and landlords agree to abide by applicable City, County, State, and Federal laws governing the rental relationship, this Agreement, and the rental property. In addition, written addenda and house rules that are unlawful, oppressive, unreasonable, or inequitable shall not be enforced in mediation, arbitration or by any court.
