Terminations and Resignations. 4.08 (a) A Teacher whose employment is to be terminated as a result of an unsatisfactory performance appraisal shall be given notice in writing. This notice will be given at least ten (10) days in advance of the meeting of the Board at which the recommendation for the termination will be presented and will state the right of the Teacher to be present with representation. Terminations for unsatisfactory performance appraisals shall be subject to Article 4.07 (Just Cause).
