Termination Without Cause; Termination for Good Reason. Ceridian may terminate this Agreement and Executive’s employment without Cause on at least 30 days’ written notice. Executive may terminate this Agreement and Executive’s employment with or without Good Reason on at least 30 days’ written notice.
