Common use of Termination with Notice Clause in Contracts

Termination with Notice. After the expiration of the Minimum Term, either party may terminate this Agreement by giving 30 days written notice to the other party, effective 30 days from the date when that written notice is delivered to that other party, or upon such later date as is specified in that notice.
