Common use of Termination with Good Reason Clause in Contracts

Termination with Good Reason. For purposes of this Agreement, Termination With Good Reason shall mean the Executive's resignation of employment with the Company within ninety (90) days following the occurrence of any of the following subsequent to the date of this Agreement without Executive's express written consent:

Termination with Good Reason. The Executive may terminate his employment with “Good Reason”, by giving 30 days’ prior written notice of termination to the Company. The Company, at its sole election, may place Executive on paid leave for all or a portion of such 30-day notice period.
