Termination Upon Insolvency. If Licensee shall become bankrupt, or shall file a petition in bankruptcy or insolvency or for reorganization or for an arrangement or for the appointment of a receiver or trustee or of its assets, or if an involuntary petition for any of the foregoing shall be filed with respect to Licensee and not dismissed within sixty (60) days, or if the business of Licensee shall be placed in the hands of a receiver, assignee or trustee for the benefit of creditors, whether by the voluntary act of Licensee or otherwise, this Agreement shall automatically terminate.
