Common use of Termination Period Clause in Contracts

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised for 90 days after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised for such longer period as provided in the Plan. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Expiration Date as provided above.

In no event shall may Optionee exercise this Option be exercised later than after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised for 90 days months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised for such longer period as provided in the Plan. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.
