Common use of Termination Period Clause in Contracts

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months ninety (90) days after Optionee ceases to be a Service ProviderProvider in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to exercised for twelve (12) months after the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service ProviderProvider in accordance with Sections 8 and 9 of this Agreement. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to exercised for such longer period as provided in the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service ProviderPlan. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year twelve months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above. In addition, upon an Involuntary Termination of the Optionee's employement other than for Cause upon or within 12 months after a Change of Control, this Option may be exercised for twenty-four months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider.

Upon Optionee's death or Disability of the Optioneedisability, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall may Optionee exercise this Option be exercised later than after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service ProviderProvider in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year after the Optionee ceases to be a Service ProviderProvider in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of this Agreement. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than that the Term/Expiration Date as provided aboveprovided.

In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option shall be exercisable for thirty (30) days after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon Optionee’s death or Disability, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three six (6) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service Provider. In no event shall may Optionee exercise this Option be exercised later than after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months after Optionee the optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. The Administrator determines when the optionee incurs a Termination of Service for this purpose. Upon the death or Total and Permanent Disability of the Optioneeoptionee, this Option option may be exercised, to exercised for 12 months after the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date provided for below. These time periods may be extended as provided above.set forth in Section II.C and Section II.I below. Term/Expiration Date: November 13, 2016

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months [THREE MONTHS] after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one (1) year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may shall be exercised, exercisable (to the extent it is then vested, for three months ) until the later of 3 Months after such Options have become exercisable or ninety days after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon Optionee's death or Disability of the OptioneeDisability, this Option may be exercised, exercised (to the extent it is then vested, vested at death or Disability) for one year 12 Months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall may Optionee exercise this Option be exercised later than after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year six (6) months after Optionee ceases to be Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months after Optionee the optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. The Administrator determines when the optionee incurs a Termination of Service for this purpose. Upon the death or Total and Permanent Disability of the Optioneeoptionee, this Option option may be exercised, to exercised for 12 months after the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to exercised for such longer period as provided in the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service ProviderPlan. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may shall be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercisable for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon Optionee’s death or Disability of the OptioneeDisability, this Option may shall be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercisable for one (1) year after Optionee ceases to be Service Provider. Upon , or such longer period as may be applicable upon the death or Disability of Optionee as provided herein (or, if not provided herein, then as provided in the OptioneePlan), this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service Provider. In but in no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided set forth above. * Options shall be considered incentive stock options to the extent permissible under law, with the remaining portion to be nonqualified stock options.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for three months 90 days after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year six (6) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above. For purposes of determining whether the Optionee is a Service Provider, service with Adaptec, Inc. shall not be sufficient to qualify the Optionee as a Service Provider.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. , In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service ProviderProvider in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year after the Optionee ceases to be a Service ProviderProvider in accordance with Sections 8 and 9 of this Agreement. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than that the Term/Expiration Date as provided aboveprovided.

Termination Period. This The vested portion of this Option may shall be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercisable for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Termination Period. This To the extent vested at such time, the Option may be exercisedexercised for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider in accordance with Subsection H(1) of this Agreement. However, upon death or Disability, to the extent it is then vestedvested at such time, the Option may be exercised for three twelve (12) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability , in accordance with Subsections H(2) and H(3) of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service ProviderAgreement. In no event shall case may the Optionee exercise this Option be exercised later than after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to exercised for twelve (12) months after the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Upon Provider to the extent it has vested as of such date (in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement); provided, however, that if Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider as the result of his or her death or Disability of the OptioneeDisability, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one (1) year after Optionee ceases to be a Service ProviderProvider to the extent it has vested as of such date (in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of this Agreement). In no event shall may Optionee exercise this Option be exercised later than after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.
