TERMINATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT. 11.1. Either party may terminate the Assignment by giving to the other party in writing the period of notice specified in the Assignment Details Form.
TERMINATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT. The Assignment is hereby terminated in its entirety and is of no force or effect. Neither party shall have any liability or obligation to the other under or in connection with the Assignment, and any prior notice required in connection with the termination of the Assignment is hereby waived.
TERMINATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT. Any of the Hirer, the Employment Business or the Agency Worker may terminate an Assignment at any time without prior notice and without liability (except in the case of termination by the Hirer, who shall be liable for any Charges due under clause 6 above).
TERMINATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT. Subject to paragraph 6.2 below, the Assignment can be terminated by the Client, the Temporary Worker or the Company at any time by giving the notice set out in the Assignment Schedule or, if no period of notice is specified, at any time without notice. Even where a period of notice is set out in the Assignment Schedule, the Company can terminate the Assignment at any time with immediate effect and without any liability to pay the Temporary Worker for the notice period if:
TERMINATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT. 8.1. The Assignment will terminate when the Client confirms that the Consultancy Services have been completed.
TERMINATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT. 5.1. The Assignment for a fixed period ends by law and save for further provisions in these GTC and the Contract cannot be terminated prematurely.

Any of the Client, Randstad or the Flex-associate may terminate an Assignment at any time without prior notice and without liability (except in the case of termination by the Client, who shall be liable in relation to any Charges due under clause 5 above and when the Client has agreed to an extended period of notice in the case of assignments which have a fixed end date making the assignment more than 6 weeks from start to end).
TERMINATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT. 9.1. Subject to clauses 9.2 and 9.3, either party may terminate the Assignment at any time by giving the notice specified in the Assignment Schedule or, if no period of notice is specified, at any time without notice.
TERMINATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT. 8.1. The Client may terminate the Assignment by giving to the Employment Business written [Notice Period] weeks written notice.
TERMINATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT. 9.1. The Assignment will terminate on the end date set out in the relevant Work Schedule The Client, Mainstay or the PSC may terminate the Assignment earlier by giving written notice for the period of notice specified in the relevant Work Schedule. However, and whenever an Assignment terminates, the Client must pay any Charges due under clause 6 (Charges) above.
