Termination of Existing Employment Agreement. Upon the Effective Date, the existing employment agreement between the Company and the Executive shall terminate and shall be of no further force or effect.

Termination of Existing Employment Agreement. The employment agreement listed on Section 6.2(g) of the Company Disclosure Schedule shall have been terminated (except for such provisions which, by their terms, survive termination) and such employee shall have entered into, and not withdrawn, a customary release of claims satisfactory to Parent in its reasonable discretion. The Company shall pay any amounts due thereunder and have no further obligation to make any severance or other post-termination payments thereunder;

Termination of Existing Employment Agreement. The parties to this Agreement acknowledge and agree that the Employment Agreement dated as of December 1, 2000 between the Company and Executive is terminated and null and void as of the date on which this Agreement has been executed by both parties.
