Common use of Termination of Existing Credit Agreements Clause in Contracts

Termination of Existing Credit Agreements. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, that all principal, interest and other amounts outstanding in connection with the Existing Credit Agreements have been or substantially concurrently with the Closing Date are being repaid in full and terminated and all Liens relating thereto shall have been terminated and released (or arrangements reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent shall have been made therefor).

Termination of Existing Credit Agreements. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agentit, that all principal, interest and other amounts outstanding in connection with the Existing Credit Agreements have shall have, as of the Effective Date, been or substantially concurrently with the Closing Date are being repaid paid in full (other than customary survival of contingent indemnification and terminated expenses reimbursement obligations) and all Liens relating thereto and guarantees granted by any Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries thereunder shall have been terminated and released (or arrangements reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent shall have been made therefor)released.

Termination of Existing Credit Agreements. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence, in form and substance reasonably evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, it that all principal, interest interest, fees, and other amounts outstanding owing or payable under the Existing Credit Agreement shall have been paid in connection with full, the Existing Credit Agreements have been or substantially concurrently with the Closing Date are being repaid in full and terminated and all Liens relating thereto shall have been terminated and released (or arrangements reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent all Liens thereunder shall have been made therefor)terminated and released.

Termination of Existing Credit Agreements. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence, in form and substance reasonably evidence satisfactory to it that the Administrative Agent, that all principal, interest and other amounts outstanding in connection with commitments under the Existing Credit Agreements shall have expired or been or substantially concurrently with the Closing Date are being repaid in full and terminated and all Liens relating thereto amounts then due and payable thereunder shall have been terminated and released (or arrangements reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent shall have been made therefor)paid.

Termination of Existing Credit Agreements. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence, in form and substance reasonably evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, it that all principal, interest and other amounts outstanding in connection with the Existing Credit Agreements have been terminated and all indebtedness of the Obligors thereunder has been paid in full or substantially will be paid in full concurrently with the Closing Date are being repaid in full and terminated and all Liens relating thereto shall have been terminated and released (or arrangements reasonably satisfactory to making of the Administrative Agent shall have been made therefor)initial Loans hereunder.

Termination of Existing Credit Agreements. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence, in form sufficient evidence indicating that contemporaneously with the execution and substance reasonably satisfactory closing of this Agreement all obligations of the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, that all principal, interest lenders and other amounts outstanding in connection with agents under the Existing Credit Agreements have been or substantially concurrently with the Closing Date are being repaid in full and terminated and all Liens relating thereto shall have been terminated and released paid in full (or arrangements reasonably satisfactory other than with respect to the Administrative Agent letters of credit issued thereunder which, on the Closing Date, will constitute Letters of Credit issued hereunder) and the Existing Credit Agreements shall have been made thereforbe terminated (excluding any obligations which expressly survive the repayment of the amounts owing under the Existing Credit Agreements).
