Common use of Termination of Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Existing Credit Agreement. In connection with the delivery of evidence of termination of the Existing Credit Agreement required as a condition to the effectiveness of this Agreement pursuant to Section 4.01(a)(x), each of the Lenders, upon delivery of such evidence, in its capacity as a Lender under the Existing Credit Agreement, waives any notice requirement under the Existing Credit Agreement with which the Borrowers would otherwise be obligated to comply in order to terminate the Existing Credit Agreement.

Termination of Existing Credit Agreement. Termination of Existing Credit Agreement. Termination of Existing Credit Agreement.
