Common use of TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES Clause in Contracts

TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES. You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of any EFT services, if: (i)You, or any authorized user of your account or access code breach this agreement with us; (ii) We have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your card, account or access code; or (iii) You breach any provisions of your Membership and Account Agreement or any other agreement with the Credit Union. You or any other party to your account can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing. Termination of service will be effective the first (1st) business day following receipt of your written notice. However, termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights and responsibilities of the parties under this Agreement for transactions initiated before termination.

TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES. You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of any your EFT servicesservices and the use of your card, if: (i)You,  You or any authorized user of your account or access code PIN breach this or any other agreement with us; (ii)  We have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your card, PIN or Card;  We notify you or any other party to your account that we have canceled or access codewill cancel this Agreement; or (iii)  You breach any provisions provision of your Membership and Account Agreement or any other agreement with the Credit UnionAgreement. You or any other party to your account can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing. Termination of service will be effective the first (1st) business day following receipt of your written notice. You or any other party to your account can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing. Termination of service will be effective the first (1st) business day following receipt of your written notice. TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES. You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of any your EFT services, if: (i)Youif you, or any authorized user of your account Online Banking services or access code password/PIN, breach this or any other agreement with us; (ii) We , have caused us a loss, or if we have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your card, account Accounts or access code; or (iii) You breach any provisions of your Membership and Account Agreement password/PIN. We will notify you or any other agreement with the Credit Unionparty on your account if we have canceled or will cancel this Agreement. You or any other party to your account can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing. Termination of service will be effective the first (1st) business day following receipt of your written notice. We will notify you or any other agreement with the Credit Unionparty on your account if we have canceled or will cancel this Agreement. You or any other party to on your account can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing. Termination of service will be effective the first (1st) business day following receipt of your written notice.
