Common use of Termination of Credit Facility Clause in Contracts

Termination of Credit Facility. Section 2.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the reference to "June 15, 2001" contained in said Section and by substituting therefore a reference to "December 31, 2001."

Termination of Credit Facility. Section 2.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the reference to "June 15September 30, 20012000" contained in said Section and by substituting therefore therefor a reference to "December 31, 20012000."

Termination of Credit Facility. Section 2.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the reference to "June 15March 31, 20012002" contained in said Section and by substituting therefore a reference to "December 31June 30, 20012002."
