Common use of Termination Notice Clause in Contracts

Termination Notice. If either Party, having become entitled to do so, decides to terminate this Agreement pursuant to the preceding Clause 8.2 (a) (i) or 8.2 (a) (ii), it shall issue Termination Notice setting out: (i) in sufficient detail the underlying Force Majeure Event; (ii) the Termination Date which shall be a date occurring not earlier than 60 (sixty) days from the date of Termination Notice; (iii) the estimated Termination Payment including the details of computation thereof and; (iv) any other relevant information.

Termination Notice. If either Party, a Party having become entitled to do so, so decides to terminate this Agreement pursuant to the preceding Clause 8.2 Sub article 6.2 (a) (i) or 8.2 (a) (ii6.2(b), it shall sha ll issue Termination Notice setting out: (i) i. in sufficient detail the underlying Force Majeure EventEvent of Default; (ii) . the Termination Date which shall be a date occurring not earlier than 60 (sixty) days from the date of Termination Notice; (iii) . the estimated Termination Payment including the details of computation thereof thereof; and;, (iv) any . Any other relevant information.

Termination Notice. If either a Party, having become entitled to do so, decides to terminate this Agreement pursuant to the preceding Clause 8.2 sub article (a) or (i) or 8.2 (a) (iib), it shall issue Termination Notice setting out: (i) in sufficient detail the underlying Force Majeure EventEvent of Default; (ii) the Termination Date which shall be a date occurring not earlier than 60 (sixty) 90 days from the date of Termination Notice; (iii) the estimated Termination Payment termination payment including the details of computation thereof thereof; and;, (iv) any other relevant information.

Termination Notice. If either Party, a Party having become entitled to do so, so decides to terminate this Agreement pursuant to the preceding Clause 8.2 Sub article 6.2 (a) (i) or 8.2 (a) (ii6.2(b), it shall issue Termination Notice setting s etting out: (i) i. in sufficient detail the underlying Force Majeure EventEvent of Default; (ii) . the Termination Date which shall be a date occurring not earlier than 60 (sixty) days from the date of Termination Notice; (iii) . the estimated Termination Payment including the details of computation thereof t hereof; and;, (iv) any . Any other relevant information.

Termination Notice. If either Party, having become entitled to do so, decides to terminate this Agreement Lease Deed pursuant to the preceding Clause 8.2 Clause8.2 (a) (i) or 8.2 (a) (ii), it shall issue Termination Notice setting out:out ; (i) in sufficient detail the underlying Force Majeure Event; (ii) the Termination Date which shall be a date occurring not earlier than 60 (sixty) days from the date of Termination Notice; (iii) the estimated Termination Payment including the details of computation thereof and; (iv) any other relevant information.

Termination Notice. If either Party, a Party having become entitled to do so, so and decides to terminate this Agreement pursuant to the preceding Clause 8.2 (a) (i) sub Article 15.2 a. or 8.2 (a) (ii)b., it shall issue Termination Notice setting out: (i) i. in sufficient detail the underlying Force Majeure EventEvent of Default; (ii) . the Termination Date which shall be a date occurring not earlier than 60 (sixty) 30 days from the date of Termination Notice; (iii) . the estimated Termination Payment termination payment including the details of computation thereof thereof; and;, (iv) any . Any other relevant information.

Termination Notice. If either a Party, having become entitled to do so, so decides to terminate this Agreement pursuant to the preceding Clause 8.2 (a) (i) or 8.2 (a) (ii)clauses 10.1 & 10.2, it shall issue Termination Notice setting out: (i) in sufficient detail the out : - - Details underlying Force Majeure Event; (ii) Event of Default - the Termination Date which shall be a date occurring not earlier than 60 (sixty) days from the date of Termination Notice; (iii) ; - the estimated Termination Payment termination payment including the details of computation thereof and; (iv) calculated as on the date of termination; - any other relevant information.

Termination Notice. If either Party, having a Party has become entitled to do so, decides so decide to terminate this Agreement pursuant to the preceding Sub Clause 8.2 (a) (i) 13.4.1 or 8.2 (a) (ii)13.4.2, it shall issue Termination Notice setting out: (i) in sufficient detail the underlying Force Majeure EventEvent of Default; (ii) the Termination Date which shall be a date occurring not earlier than 60 (sixty) days from the date of Termination Notice; (iii) the estimated Termination Payment termination payment including the details of computation thereof thereof; and;, (iv) any other relevant information.

Termination Notice. If either Party, a Party having become entitled to do so, so decides to terminate this the Agreement pursuant to the preceding Clause 8.2 this Article 11 (a) (i) or 8.2 (a) (iiEvents of Default and Termination), it shall issue Termination Notice setting out: (ia) in sufficient detail the underlying Force Majeure EventEvent of Default; (iib) the Termination Date which shall be a date occurring not earlier than 60 (sixty) days from of the date of Termination Notice; (iiic) the estimated Termination Payment including the details of computation thereof thereof; and; (ivd) any other relevant information.
