Termination for Epidemic Failure Sample Clauses

Termination for Epidemic Failure. If an Epidemic Failure occurs, Eargo may terminate any and all applicable Purchase Order(s) or SOW(s) upon notice to Supplier, in whole or in part, without any liability, and receive from Supplier a complete refund of all amounts paid by Eargo in connection with the terminated Purchase Order(s) or SOW(s) and be relieved of any and all payment obligations to Supplier with respect to such Purchase Order(s) or SOW(s).
