Termination for Any Reason. Upon the termination of your employment for any reason, you will be entitled to the compensation and benefits earned and the reimbursements described in this Agreement through the date of termination.

Termination for Any Reason. Upon the termination of your employment with Employer for any reasonreason and in addition to any benefits you are entitled to pursuant to Employer’s compensation or benefit plans, you will be entitled to the compensation receive payment for all accrued and benefits earned unpaid salary and the reimbursements described in this Agreement vacation through the date of termination.

Termination for Any Reason. Upon the termination of your employment for any reason, you will be entitled to the compensation and benefits earned and the reimbursements described in this Agreement to: (i) any accrued but unpaid salary through the date of termination, (ii) any unreimbursed business expenses incurred through the date of termination, in accordance with Section 4, and (iii) any vested benefits under the Company’s employee benefit plans, in accordance with the terms and conditions of such plans.

Termination for Any Reason.
