Termination by the Executive other than for Good Reason. The Executive may terminate this Agreement by delivering a Notice of Termination to the Company. The Date of Termination shall be specified in the Notice of Termination; provided however, that, unless otherwise waived by the Company, the Date of Termination shall not be earlier than thirty (30) calendar days after delivery of the Notice of Termination.
