Termination by Resignation. The Executive may terminate this Agreement by giving the Company not less than 30 days’ prior written notice of resignation. The Executive shall not be entitled to any Salary or other compensation accruing after the effective date of his resignation under Section 8.2 if he terminates this Agreement.
