Termination by Provider without Cause. The Provider may terminate this Agreement, including all licenses granted hereunder, without cause upon thirty (30) days written notice. Should Provider opt to terminate the Agreement without cause, The Provider agrees to allow Subscriber access to Subscriber Account and Subscriber Files for not less than 30 days following notification of termination. The Provider also agrees to provide a refund for any unused portion of the Services paid in advance by Subscriber.
