Common use of Termination by Executive Clause in Contracts

Termination by Executive. The Executive may voluntarily terminate employment under this Agreement for any reason by the service of written notice of such termination to the Company specifying an effective date of termination no sooner than thirty (30) days and no later than sixty (60) days after the date of such notice; provided, however, if less than thirty (30) days remain in the Term, the minimum notice required from Executive under this Section 6.2 shall be reduced from thirty (30) to seven (7) days. The Company reserves may in its sole discretion, elect to waive all or any part of the right to end the employment relationship at any time after the date such 90-day notice is given period with no further obligations being owed to the Executive by the Company. In the event employment is terminated by the Executive, neither the Company nor the Executive will have any further obligations hereunder, except for any obligations which expressly survive termination of employment including Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 ,12 and to pay Executive through the Termination Date13.
