Common use of Termination by Consultant Clause in Contracts

Termination by Consultant. The Consultant may, at any time, give 30 days’ advance written notice to the Company of his intention to terminate this Agreement and on the expiration of such period this Agreement will be terminated. Such notice may expire on any day of the month and any fees payable hereunder will be proportioned to the date of such termination. The parties hereby agree that in order to protect the Company’s proprietary interests, the Company may, in its sole discretion, waive its right to receive advance written notice from the Consultant and end this Agreement immediately.

Termination by Consultant. The Consultant may, at any time, give 30 90 days’ advance written notice to the Company of his intention to terminate this Agreement and on the expiration of such period the Consultant’s obligations to perform the Services under this Agreement will be terminated. Such notice may expire on any day of the month and any fees payable hereunder will be proportioned to the date of such termination. The parties hereby agree that in order to protect the Company’s proprietary interests, the Company may, in its sole discretion, waive its right to receive advance written notice from the Consultant and end this Agreement immediately.

Termination by Consultant. The Consultant may, may terminate this Agreement at any timetime on or after December 31, give 30 days’ 2000, by providing at least 180 days advance written notice to the Company of his intention to terminate this Agreement and on the expiration of such period this Agreement will be terminated. Such notice may expire on any day of the month and any fees payable hereunder will be proportioned to the date of such termination. The parties hereby agree that in order to protect the Company’s proprietary interests, the Company may, in its sole discretion, waive its right to receive advance written notice from the Consultant and end this Agreement immediately.
