Common use of Termination by City Clause in Contracts

Termination by City. The City may terminate any or all of the services agreed to be performed under this Agreement without cause, at any time during the Term by giving the Consultant thirty (30) days’ notice in writing. Either party may terminate this Agreement with cause, immediately upon giving the other party written notice of such default or breach of this Agreement that is the basis for the termination.

Termination by City. The City may terminate any this Agreement, with or all of the services agreed to be performed under this Agreement without cause, at any time during the Term by giving the Consultant thirty (30) days’ notice in writing. Either party may terminate this Agreement with cause, immediately upon giving the other party days written notice of termination to Consultant. In the event such default or breach of this Agreement that notice is the basis for the terminationgiven, Consultant shall cease immediately all work in progress.

Termination by City. The City may terminate any or all of the services agreed to be performed under this Agreement without cause, at any time during the Term by giving the Consultant thirty (30) days’ notice in writing. Either party may terminate this Agreement with cause, immediately upon giving the other party written notice of such default or breach of this Agreement that is the basis for the termination. This agreement shall terminate in the event future funds are not appropriated by the City Council as described in Section 3.0 below.

Termination by City. Either party may terminate this Agreement with cause, immediately upon giving the other party written notice of such default or breach of this Agreement that is the basis for the termination. Notice of termination shall be provided in accordance with the “Notices” section of this Agreement.
