Termination Assistance Plan. During the Termination Assistance Period, Service Provider shall perform the Termination Assistance and provide the deliverables in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Termination Assistance Plan established pursuant to Schedule P (Termination/Expiration Assistance). The Parties shall jointly prepare and finalize the Termination Assistance Plan in accordance with Oncor’s reasonable timeframe and requirements; provided that each Termination Assistance Plan shall be subject to approval by Oncor.
