Term Time Working. Employees who work a reduced number of days in the year through being engaged on school term-time contracts will receive a pay rate which is a percentage of the rate received for ‘full year’ working. This is known as the ‘equated pay rate’ and is inclusive of leave entitlement.
Term Time Working. Term-time working enables employees to work during school term-time only. The annual salary is a percentage of the full time salary as holiday entitlement is pro rata to the shorter worked year and paid in 12 monthly salary payments. Annual leave periods are based around school closure and leave may not normally be taken during term time.
