Common use of Term of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term of this Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall continue in effect, unless earlier terminated by either party hereto as provided hereunder, for a period of two years. Thereafter, unless otherwise terminated as provided herein, this Agreement shall be renewed automatically for successive one-year periods. Thereafter, unless otherwise terminated as provided herein, this Agreement shall be renewed automatically for successive one-year periodsperiods (“Rollover Periods”). This A party may terminate this Agreement may be terminated without penalty: (i) by provision of sixty (60) days' written notice; (ii) by mutual agreement of penalty under the parties; or (iii) for "cause" (as defined herein) upon the provision of thirty (30) days' advance written notice by the party alleging causefollowing circumstances.

Term of this Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in effect, unless earlier terminated by either party hereto as provided hereunder, for a period of two years. Thereafterone (1) year, unless otherwise terminated as provided permitted herein. At the end of this period, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed automatically for successive onean additional two (2) year period unless written notice of non-year periods. This Agreement may be terminated without penalty: renewal is sent by either party at least ninety (i90) by provision of sixty (60) days' written notice; (ii) by mutual agreement days prior to the expiration date of the parties; or initial term. At the end of this two (iii2) for "cause" (as defined herein) upon year period, the provision Parties will discuss the terms and conditions of thirty (30) days' advance written notice by the party alleging causea possible renewal of this Agreement.
