If prior to the Expiry Date, the rental payable hereunder shall be fully paid, all principal of and interest on the Note shall have been fully paid as provided in the Indenture, and all amounts due and payable under the Note Purchase Agreement, the term of this Lease Agreement shall end ten days thereafter or ten days after written notice by the City to the Authority to the effect that all such amounts have been paid in full as provided in the Indenture, or any amounts remain due and payable under the Note Purchase Agreement, whichever is earlier, and this Lease Agreement shall thereupon terminate.
