Common use of Term of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13June 1, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January June 1, 1998 1997 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and.

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13July 1, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13July 21, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13December 14, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13July 24, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1996 in the states state of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Carolina and South Carolina, and Tennessee; and.

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13May , 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997, in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and. However, either party may, at its option, terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party 60 days in advance of the intended termination date.

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13September 29, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13, 1998 7/21/98 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13August 24, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13April 28, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13July 3, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and.

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 1320, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13September 16, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13June 1, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13April 27, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13June 9, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13August 31, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 132-2 , 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Carolina and Tennessee; andTennessee ;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13April 21, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 138, 1998 1999 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13January 30, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13November 20, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13December 1, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 137, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and TennesseeTennessee ; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13, 1998 5/28/98 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s 's serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13November 2, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 139, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13April 7, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and TennesseeTennessee ; and

Term of the Agreement. A. Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13August 4, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Carolina and Tennessee; and.

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13April 15, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13, 1998 5/11/98 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13August 28, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13July 18, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13June 1, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1996 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Carolina and Tennessee; and.

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February November 13, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Carolina and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13September 19, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13November 24, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; andTennessee to all of BellSouth’s territory as of January 1, 1997.

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13, 1998 10/7/98 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and TennesseeTennessee Empire; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 132, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13, 1998 5/19/98 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13December 23, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13November 7, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13November 10, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Carolina and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13June 17, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the states state of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Carolina and Tennessee; and.

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13November 5, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Carolina and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13December 2, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 1324, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13, 1998 6/9/98 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 1319, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 1323, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning February 13March 12, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;
