Term of the Agreement; Revisions. The Term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, shall expire on the last day of the calendar month which is two (2) years following the Effective Date. This Agreement shall automatically renew for additional successive two (2) year terms unless Registrar provides notice of termination to Registry Operator at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the initial or any renewal term. In the event that revisions to PIR’S approved form of Registry-Registrar Agreement are approved or adopted by ICANN, Registrar will either execute an amendment substituting the revised agreement in place of this Agreement or, at its option exercised within fifteen (15) days after receiving notice of such amendment, terminate this Agreement immediately by giving written notice to PIR. In the event that PIR does not receive such executed amendment or notice of termination from Registrar within such fifteen day period, Registrar shall be deemed to have terminated this Agreement effective immediately.

The duties and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement shall apply from the Effective Date through and including the last day of the calendar month sixty (60) months from the Effective Date (the "Initial Term"). Upon conclusion of the Initial Term, all provisions of this Agreement will automatically renew for successive five (5) year renewal periods until the Agreement has been terminated as provided herein, Registrar elects not to renew, or Verisign ceases to operate the registry for the Registry TLD. In the event that revisions to Verisign's Registry-Registrar Agreement are approved or adopted by ICANN, Registrar shall have thirty (30) days from the date of notice of any such revision to review, comment on, and execute an amendment substituting the revised agreement in place of this Agreement, or Registrar may, at its option exercised within such thirty (30) day period, terminate this Agreement immediately by giving written notice to Verisign; provided, however, that in the event Verisign does not receive such executed amendment or notice of termination from Registrar within such thirty (30) day period of the date of the notice, Registrar shall be deemed to have executed such amendment as of the thirty-first (31st) day after the date of the notice.

In the event of such notice, Registrar may, at its option exercised within the Notice Period, terminate this Agreement immediately by giving written notice to Registry Operator; provided, however, that in the event Registry Operator does not receive such executed amendment or notice of termination from Registrar by the end of the Notice Period, Registrar shall be deemed to have executed such amendment.

In the event that revisions to this Agreement are approved or adopted by ICANN, Registrar may, at its option exercised within fifteen (15) days after receiving notice of such amendment, terminate this Agreement immediately by giving written notice to RNTD. In the event that RNTD does not receive such notice of termination from Registrar within such fifteen day period, Registrar shall be deemed to have accepted the revisions to this Agreement effective pursuant to the terms of notice from RNTD.
Term of the Agreement; Revisions. The Term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, shall expire on the last day of the calendar month which is sixty (60) months after the Effective Date. The Term of this agreement shall automatically renew for additional one (1) year periods unless either party provides notice to the other, in writing, of termination at least thirty-days prior to the end of the initial or any renewal term. In the event that DotAsia elects to amend this Registry-Registrar Agreement, Registrar will either execute an amendment substituting the revised agreement in place of this Agreement or, at its option exercised within fifteen (15) days after DotAsia provides notice of such amendment, terminate this Agreement immediately by giving written notice to DotAsia. If DotAsia does not receive the executed amendment or notice of termination from Registrar within the fifteen (15) day period, Registrar shall be deemed to have terminated this Agreement effective upon the expiration of such fifteen (15) day period. In the case of such termination, all Obligations of Registrar described above shall survive termination until obligations to Registered Name Holders sponsored by the Registrar are fulfilled or reasonably resolved as per Section 9.3 below.
