Term of Program. A. The length of the Program shall be 7200 straight-time actual working hours. Overtime will be adjusted to reflect straight-time hours in administration of the Program (Ex: 4 hours at 1 1/2 rate = 4 hours time). Absence time, including vacations, holidays, sickness, excused or unexcused absences will be excluded. Any regular work performed by the Engineering Representative Xxxxxxx in non-related activities (such as Customer Service) will be credited towards their 20% discretionary time in on-the-job training hours.
Term of Program. This is a five year contract, with the option for early termination or extension as deemed appropriate with prior written notice and the availability of funds. Either party may extend the contract by written request, forty-five (45) days prior to expiration of current contract. Additionally, either party may withdraw from the Program upon six months written notice. Notice shall be deemed served on the date of mailing.
Term of Program. The School-Based Peer Support Group for Grieving Children and Adolescents Program (“Program”) will begin on the Effective Date of the Agreement and end one year later, with the parties to mutually agree in writing upon the specific dates of the Program. School has agreed to work with Foundation in providing the services set forth in this Statement of Work and the Agreement (“Services”). The Program will extend for six (6) to eight (8) weeks with two (2) make-up dates if necessary.
Term of Program. A. Program will become effective (“Effective Date”) upon the later of the Program Purchase Date or the date the Customer Devices are delivered to Customer and Customer takes ownership (“Deployment Date”), or defined by the date in Customers Onboarding packet and will remain effective for a period of years between one (1) year and up to four (4) years, as selected by Customer and shown on Exhibit , from the Effective Date.
Term of Program. The Program will be available to Customer during the term of the Agreement; provided that the parties agree that each individual patient may only participate in the Program for up to five (5) days and no longer. In the event that the Agreement terminates during the course of one or more patients’ therapy pursuant to the Program, the parties agree that the Program shall be extended (on the terms and conditions set forth in this Schedule F) solely to enable such in-progress therapy to be completed. In no event shall Customer enroll any additional patients in the Program during such time.
Term of Program. Recipient agrees to establish residency within the Greater Rochester Area no later than (“Program Start Date”). The term of the Program shall be twelve (12) consecutive months from Program Start Date (“Program Term”).
